Comparison of Registered vs Enrolled in a DL:
"DL program is directed and supervised by a British Columbia-certified teacher ... ...  Homeschooled children's educational program is the responsibility of their parents or guardians"
And...  a personal word:
PLEASE consider trying homeschooling the traditional way, especially if your kids are elementary school age. It's wonderful to have the freedom to teach your kids what you want, when you want, using the materials and methods that you want, and not have to report to anyone (use another homeschooling mom to be accountable to, if you're worried about not doing enough.)
